A menincing serial killer is taking down women on the subways. A psychic "postcognitive" named Mirei Hidaka is brought in on the case by the police and soon finds herslef in danger. With Mirei in trouble the problem falls on Subrau Sumeragi, a very powerful medium and it quickly becomes a deadly chase against time to stop the killer and save Mirei.
REVIEW
Having not seen the first of the series I found myself slightly at loss but not much. The movie was eliquently thought through with good structure and characters. The animation isn't too great and the voice for Surbaru is rathering annoying, but that doesn't diminish the quality of the anime that much. If you haven't seen this anime you should. It also, on a side note, gives an in look to the anime X. Also done by Clamp.
